Appetizers
8 ounce package cream cheese,
softened
2-1/2 ounces dried beef,
shredded
¼ cup green onions, finely
chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, finely
chopped
1 medium onion, finely
chopped
½ teaspoon black
pepper
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup chopped
pecans
Combine cheese with beef, onions, peppers,
and black peppers.
Mix well. Fold in sour cream.Spoon into an
ovenproof dish.Top with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers or toast
points.
